" Simply put, Cedars of Lebanon is where you go for authentic Lebanese food in Seattle. I had the chicken shawarma and it was delicious! The blend of spices used in the marinade was spot on and the garlic sauce was to die for. The only downside was the wait time, as it was busy during lunchtime. Nonetheless, the owner was very apologetic and kept us updated on our order, which showed great customer service. The owner took the time to explain the menu and recommend the best dishes. I had the shish kabob and it was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The portion was definitely worth the price, and the food tasted so fresh! My friend opted for the falafel wrap and couldn't stop raving about it.
