" What a disaster! I should have read the reviews before stopping here! The staff seemed overwhelmed, forgetting one order at the counter while the lobby was clean but lined with customers waiting. I asked for no meat due to dietary restrictions, yet my burrito came filled with ground beef! This made me very uncomfortable, and when I raised the issue, they seemed unbothered and simply shrugged it off. I was on my lunch break, and despite my best effort, I couldn’t finish my meal. Once we ordered, we waited nearly twenty minutes for our food, and when we finally got it, I was missing half my burritos. I continued to flag down the staff, but they seemed overwhelmed and unable to help. Thankfully, the restaurant was relatively clean and had a welcoming vibe, but the food was just not up to par.
