The service was solid; we never had to wait long for refills. However, there was a minor issue with one of our dishes being prepared incorrectly. The staff handled it well and were very apologetic. " I attended a birthday party at Zócalo, and it was a blast! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. The drinks were flowing, and everyone loved the food. I personally had the mole enchiladas, which were incredible! I also enjoyed the fact that the place is spacious and bright. Tons of natural light flooded in through the large windows.
