" I was thrilled to find Uncle Wang’s Alley after craving authentic Chinese food! The flavors are spot-on and remind me of the local eateries back in China. Every dish was crafted with care and presented beautifully. Service was excellent! I highly recommend the Szechuan beef with mushrooms; it's incredibly good. " Uncle Wang’s Alley is definitely worthy of the praise it receives, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. The food quality is top-notch, and you can tell they use authentic recipes that truly reflect Chinese culinary culture. However, during my last visit, it took a while to get our orders taken, as the restaurant was packed. " I had high hopes for Uncle Wang's Alley based on the recommendations I received. The food was certainly tasty, especially the honey walnut shrimp which has become my favorite. However, I was disappointed with how dirty the dining area was during my visit. I spotted crumbs on the floor and sticky tables.
