" What a hidden gem! I went to Uncle Wang's after hearing a friend rave about it and now I understand why. The duck is phenomenal—crispy skin and tender meat, really gives you that authentic feeling! The only downside was the slow service when it got busy, but I suppose that’s to be expected in such a popular place. Once the food arrives, you truly forget about the wait! " (*Curated Review*)
" I have got to say Uncle Wang’s Alley really nailed it! Their food is incredibly authentic and bursting with flavor. I've tried several dishes, but the homestyle chicken was exceptional. The service is generally friendly, and they are accommodating to any dietary restrictions, which is a huge plus. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their extensive menu. A great restaurant that deserves more recognition! " (*Curated Review*)
" Each time I visit Uncle Wang's Alley, I discover something new to love. The authenticity of their dishes shines through in every bite. The scallion pancakes paired perfectly with hot tea; a wonderful way to start our meal. The friendly service makes the experience all the more delightful, although the portions can often leave you wanting a bit more. I appreciate their effort to maintain such great quality, and I will certainly continue to return! " (*Curated Review*)
" After numerous visits to Uncle Wang's Alley, I can confidently say it’s a staple for authentic Chinese cuisine. The seasonings used in their dishes are spot-on, and the duck soup is something special! On the flip side, I’ve experienced wait times for my food during peak hours. It would be nice to have more staff around during those busy times to keep things flowing smoothly. Nevertheless, the food keeps bringing me back—it's just too good to resist. " (*Curated Review*)
" I was thrilled to find Uncle Wang’s Alley after craving authentic Chinese food! The flavors are spot-on and remind me of the local eateries back in China. Every dish was crafted with care and presented beautifully. Service was excellent! I highly recommend the Szechuan beef with mushrooms; it's incredibly good. The only downside is that they get busy, but I'll take that over a quiet restaurant any day. It's that good, you will want to try everything on the menu! " (*Curated Review*)
" Uncle Wang’s Alley is definitely worthy of the praise it receives, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. The food quality is top-notch, and you can tell they use authentic recipes that truly reflect Chinese culinary culture. However, during my last visit, it took a while to get our orders taken, as the restaurant was packed. I totally understand that busy nights can lead to delays, but they could use another server on typical weekends. Regardless, I still think the food makes it worth the wait. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had high hopes for Uncle Wang's Alley based on the recommendations I received. The food was certainly tasty, especially the honey walnut shrimp which has become my favorite. However, I was disappointed with how dirty the dining area was during my visit. I spotted crumbs on the floor and sticky tables. Such a pity because the blend of flavors in their cuisine really deserves a cleaner environment. I will try again though, as the flavors shine through. " (*Curated Review*)
