" I’ve had a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. On my last visit, I found their General Tao chicken surprisingly good. Not overly saucy, which I prefer, and the portion size was generous. However, other dishes I’ve ordered in the past were not great, so it's a hit or miss. I wish they would stick to what works and improve on the rest. Nice staff, too. " (*Curated Review*)
" Kung Pao Wok seems to be a serviceable option if you're in the area, but be cautious about your order. The bubble tea tasted off, and my friend who ordered the wonton soup was disappointed by the lack of flavor. However, I was somewhat satisfied with my veggie stir-fry, which had a decent amount of crunch. Service was decent but I think it needs attention. " (*Curated Review*)
" If you find yourself in this food court, Kung Pao Wok could be your best bet. I ordered their vegetable combo which was surprisingly fresh! The staff were speedy and polite, making the experience pleasant. I think they can do better with their chicken dishes, but overall it’s all right for casual dining when time is of the essence. " There was an air of expectancy when we ordered because Kung Pao Wok had been recommended to us as a hidden gem. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype. The food was simply average, the flavors unimpressive, and to add on, my chicken was cold when served. Perhaps it was an off day, but I won’t be rushing back. " (*Curated Review*)
" Looking for a quick bite, I tried Kung Pao Wok and was really disappointed. The General Tao chicken was bland, and the sauce was nonexistent. The portions were large but the flavor just wasn’t there. I won't be coming back after this experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" It was a chilly day and I thought to try the Kung Pao Wok based on a friend's recommendation. It felt like a letdown. The chicken was dry and the garlic sauce was simply bland. I managed to finish my plate mainly because I was hungry. The ambiance was dull and the place was not very inviting. Don't think I'll rush back there anytime soon. " (*Curated Review*)
" Overall, Kung Pao Wok is just okay. Quick service but the food doesn't have the flavor you expect from Chinese cuisine. I usually prefer spicy food, and theirs is just dull in comparison. The portions were satisfying but that's about it. I would consider exploring other options next time. " (*Curated Review*)
