" Sylvano’s has been on my radar for quite some time, and I finally made a visit with my family. We adored the menu, which included a variety of fresh, homemade pasta dishes that sounded incredible. While we decided to share a few plates, I particularly found the pappardelle to be outstanding! The only downside was that the wait staff was a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, which led to a longer wait time for drinks. Overall, it was a nice outing, and I would certainly return to try more offerings! " (*Curated Review*)
" Forget your ordinary Italian experience! Sylvano delivers excellence on every level. I had the pleasure of dining there recently, and the range of flavors in each plate was astounding. The truffle risotto I had was rich, creamy, and truly a treat to have. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, which added to the comfort of the dining experience. This place is definitely on my must-visit-list every time I’m in Miami. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had high hopes for Sylvano based on all the glowing reviews and while the experience wasn't terrible, it wasn't amazing either. I opted for the Margherita pizza, which I was excited about, but it fell short. The crust was a bit too chewy for my liking, and the cheese could have benefitted from more flavor. On the positive side, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere is lovely—perfect for grabbing a bite with friends. I’ve heard great things about other dishes, so perhaps I will give it another shot. Just be cautious with what you order; you might end up with something flat. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had my expectations set high going to Sylvano because of its reputation. While the ambiance was charming and romantic, I wasn't particularly blown away by the food. The Caprese salad was fresh but could have been seasoned better, and my main of Osso Buco was cooked well but lacked depth in flavor. I think one of the things that kept my spirits up was the kind service we received from the staff; they made us feel welcomed. I might return, but I’ll probably steer clear of the more traditional dishes next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited Sylvano’s for my birthday dinner and had the most wonderful time! Our server brought out complimentary drinks and the atmosphere was festive yet intimate. The pasta recommendations were on point, and I enjoyed the lobster ravioli with a rich sauce that was everything I had hoped for. This restaurant truly captures the essence of Italian dining—friendly service, mouth-watering cuisine, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended for special occasions! " (*Curated Review*)
" We stumbled upon Sylvano while walking through Wynwood, and it's safe to say we found a gem! The rustic charm of the restaurant makes you feel at ease, paired with staff that is welcoming. I started with the bruschetta, followed by the Carbonara, and neither would disappoint. The pasta tasted freshly made, and I could tell they pay attention to using quality ingredients. I cannot recommend this place enough! " (*Curated Review*)
" My friends and I decided to check out Sylvano for dinner based on the rave reviews, and we were not disappointed! The ambiance was charming, and the décor had a rustic yet modern flair. For appetizers, we shared the calamari, which were crispy and paired with a spicy marinara that brought the dish to life. For my main course, I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, which was rich and creamy. The dessert selections were tempting, but I couldn’t fit one more bite! Just a gentle reminder to save room for desserts because they truly are a highlight. Considering the delicious food and atmosphere, I can certainly see why this place has such a loyal following. " (*Curated Review*)
