They are packed with flavor and come with a generous portion of consommé for dipping. The atmosphere at the truck can be a bit casual with limited seating, but it’s perfect for a quick meal on the go. The staff is really nice which adds to the whole experience. I usually visit for lunch, and they’re always busy, which makes me feel good about the food's popularity. Each bite takes me back to California street taco vibes, and I'm loving it!
