" Wow! If you're in Sedalia, Los Volcanes is a must-visit. My family and I went there last Saturday, and we were not disappointed. The quesabirria was to die for! The meat was incredibly tender, and the cheese was perfectly melted. It paired perfectly with the homemade guacamole. The service was prompt and very kind, making our dining experience even better.
