" My recent visit was by far the worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell. The lobby was closed, which wasn’t an issue until I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, the employee seemed disinterested and passed my food without even a word. And to top it all off, they forgot my drink completely!
