" After hearing so much about Sharq Family Restaurant, I had to see what the hype was about. As soon as we stepped in, the clean and lovely decor caught our eye. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: shurpa, samsa, and the pilaf. While the food was decent, I found the pilaf wasn't as fluffy as I had hoped and lacked the depth of flavor that I enjoy in traditional Uzbek food.
