" From start to finish, our dining experience at The Don Juan was impeccable! The ambiance is cheery, and the food rivaled what I've had in Mexico. I ordered their famous chiles en nogada, and they were heavenly! So rich and authentic, I couldn’t believe it. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and we felt genuinely cared for during our stay. After we finished, we indulged in some churros which made for the perfect ending. It’s definitely worth a visit, and I would go again in a heartbeat! " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently visited Don Juan for a friend's birthday, and the experience was unforgettable! The vibrant colors of the restaurant make it feel festive. We ordered a variety of dishes, and I have to commend their pork carnitas; it was absolutely divine! So tender and full of flavor. The staff made it easy to celebrate by ensuring we had everything we needed. Our server even brought out a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, which was a lovely touch. Authentic Mexican restaurants like this one are truly hard to find. Highly recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited Don Juan with a group of friends for Taco Tuesday, and overall, it was a good experience. The tacos were decent, but I've definitely had better elsewhere. They were a bit greasy and didn't have enough filling. The atmosphere was lively which I appreciated, and the margaritas were reasonably priced and tasty! Service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff was friendly. I feel like this place could improve on the taco recipes for sure. " (*Curated Review*)
" Stepping into The Don Juan Mexican Restaurant feels like walking into a vibrant fiesta. The decor is festive, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I indulged in the carne asada tacos, and I must say they were top-notch! The meat was tender, seasoned perfectly, and didn’t skimp on the portions. Our server, Luis, was attentive and provided great recommendations. Not only did we try the margaritas, which were delicious, but the guacamole made fresh at our table was an absolute highlight! I will definitely be returning for more of this delightful experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" Had dinner at The Don Juan recently and while the food was decent, I feel it lacked that authentic Mexican punch I was hoping for. I ordered the enchiladas, and they were a bit bland for my taste. The atmosphere was lively with music in the background, which added to the experience. Service was friendly but a bit slow. I liked the portion sizes, though! I think next time I might try something different on the menu, perhaps their famed mole, which I heard good things about rather than the standard fare I chose this visit. " (*Curated Review*)
" One of the best Mexican places I’ve ever been! Their mole is incredibly flavorful, and the enchiladas are filled generously. The fresh guacamole made right in front of you is a must-try. Very few places will take the time to do this, which really sets them apart. The atmosphere is lively with friendly staff buzzing around ensuring every customer is taken care of. Plus, the margaritas are some of the best I’ve tasted! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. " (*Curated Review*)
" A mixed experience at The Don Juan. On one hand, the food was good and flavorful—the shrimp tacos were my favorite. On the other hand, our wait for service was inconsistent. We had to flag down our server several times for additional drinks, and it felt like they were overwhelmed. The vibrant setting is definitely a plus, and the food quality was commendable, but the service needs to be more streamlined. " (*Curated Review*)
