" I visited Chili's expecting the same great experience I've had before, but unfortunately, it was a letdown this time. The nachos were mediocre and lacked the flavor punch I remembered. While our waitress was friendly, the service was a bit slow. It took a while to get our entrees, and when they arrived, my burger was cold.
