" The other day, I took my family to Taqueria Vilchis for a casual dinner, and what a great choice it was! The ambiance is relaxed, and we were treated with much hospitality by the staff. I ordered the barbacoa and it was delicious; rich, savory, and very tender! The homemade tortillas paired perfectly. We shared a variety of tacos and I must say the carne asada was a favorite.
