" I have mixed feelings about Pipo's. Let me start with the positive: the flavors are generally outstanding, and you can tell that they use quality ingredients. My favorite is the carne asada tacos! However, I have had a couple of visits where the sauces have been inconsistent in spice levels and the service wasn’t as attentive as I would like. On one occasion, it took way too long to get our drinks refilled. I hope that was just an off day because I really want to love this place.
