" I visited Cava for the first time last week after hearing so much hype about it, and I was thoroughly impressed. The variety of healthy Mediterranean options is great! I went for the build-your-own bowl and chose lentils, chicken, and a bunch of fresh toppings. Everything was flavorful, particularly the homemade hummus! " Truly an enjoyable spot! My favorite part about Cava is the flexibility in creating your dishes. I love Mediterranean flavors, so coming here is always a delight. On my last visit, I got a bowl with their quinoa base, tons of veggies, and falafel. Everything was fresh and complemented well. I caught myself going back for a second round of toppings! Despite all this, I have to mention that each time I'm there, it feels like the protein portions are diminishing compared to my earlier visits. I enjoyed creating a meal tailored to my tastes, and everything was fresh and vibrant. The staff was attentive, walking me through the options available. I fell in love with their spicy sauce as well! The only downside was that I found the drink options somewhat limited; I was craving a refreshing lemonade instead of the typical sodas.
