The food was bland, especially the chow mein, and the service was unfortunately lacking. I had to wait quite a while despite the restaurant not being overly busy. " I have been ordering from China Wok for a couple of years now, and I have to say it's consistently been really good. The combination fried rice is my absolute favorite, packed with shrimp, chicken, and veggies. I've tried a couple of their other dishes, and while some are hit-or-miss, the overall experience has been positive. " I’m really disappointed with my last order from China Wok. I used to love their food, but this time the chicken was overcooked and the fried rice felt old. I could tell that it wasn't freshly made. Additionally, the service was subpar; they forgot my drink and didn’t seemed bothered when I pointed it out. The atmosphere when dining in felt cluttered and not as clean as before. I hope this was just a bad day for them; I used to rave about this place to my friends, but I can't recommend it as strongly anymore after this experience. I may give it another shot in the future. The egg rolls were crispy, and the Kung Pao chicken had the perfect kick to it, although I wish they offered more vegetarian options.
