" Having lived in Mexico, I can affirm that Coyote's is a hidden gem. The flavors are as authentic as it gets outside of Mexico! The tacos were fresh with the perfect seasoning. The only complaint I have is that the rice was a bit too dry. However, the excellent service made up for it, with staff continuously checking in. Overall, a great dining experience.
