" I wanted to love this place, but it did not meet my expectations. The chow mein I ordered was far too oily, and the orange chicken tasted overly sweet. To make matters worse, I found myself getting sick after dinner. I don’t think I would return to Rising Savor. A shame because the portions were huge and the staff seemed nice enough.
