Yesterday, I tried their ceviche and it was some of the best I’ve had—fresh and bursting with flavor. I am also a huge fan of their fish tacos. They have a casual vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away, and the staff is always friendly. " After several visits to Vero's, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The restaurant has a colorful vibe and authentic Mexican decor that caught my attention. However, my experience wasn’t as stellar. The first time I tried the shrimp burrito, it was perfectly cooked and delicious, but my last experience left much to be desired. The shrimp tasted old and the tortilla fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The service was slower than expected, despite the restaurant not being full at the time. " Just had a less than stellar experience at Vero's today. Our server was obviously overwhelmed and forgetting items from our order. It took a longer time to get our drinks than usual, which was disappointing. Not to mention, my shrimp burrito was a letdown—it felt like it had more filler than actual shrimp. On a bright note, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it’s obvious they try to keep things clean.
