" I am very particular about pho, and I must say Phở 7 disappointed me. While the service was prompt and helpful, the pho lacked the depth of flavor that defines a good broth. It was too salty for my taste and felt very one-dimensional. Also, the meat was minimal compared to other places. I guess it had its moments, but overall, it wasn't worth the hype. " Oh my goodness, I can't rave enough about this hidden gem! The pho was out of this world. The broth had complexity and depth, bursting with authentic flavors that transported me back to my last visit to Vietnam. I had some of the best tofu spring rolls as well, crispy and loaded with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
