" Just wow! The food at Dunhuang is genuinely some of the best Chinese cuisine you can find in the city, especially if you're seeking out authentic flavors from the northwest region. The hand-pulled noodles have a wonderful texture and the onion pancakes were perfectly crispy. Though I did wait a bit for service, the staff were pleasant and attentive once they arrived.
