The tacos de carnitas I ordered were incredibly flavorful, and you can definitely tell the meat is well-seasoned and fresh. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. " Al Coyote is my go-to place for tacos! Their street tacos are fantastic; the meat is always tender and well-seasoned, and they pile on the cilantro and onions like true street vendors do. It's located in a little strip mall so it can be easy to miss, but definitely worth the detour. I love that the owner takes the time to chat with regulars and newcomers alike. " I had lunch at Al Coyote, and I felt like I was getting a taste of home! The straightforward menu makes it easy to find something you’ll love. I ordered the hefty ceviche tostadas and they were exceptional – so fresh and well-balanced. The service was quite friendly, but they could improve a little on efficiency.
