" After many months of avoiding this Jack in the Box location due to some poor service experiences, I was pleasantly shocked on my last visit. I walked in expecting the usual sluggish service but instead was greeted promptly. The food came out hot, and the new items on the menu looked interesting! I decided to try the Loaded Tacos and the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Both items were bursting with flavor; I never thought I would enjoy fast food this much. The manager even came out to apologize for my last experience, which I appreciated. It’s nice to see them taking responsibility for past mistakes.
