" I was really excited to try this place after hearing some good things. The sushi was good, but I felt it was a bit on the Americanized side. I ordered a California roll and an eel nigiri. The eel was tender and flavorful, but the California roll lacked that authentic taste I was hoping for. Service was decent, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed even though it wasn't packed. " Just came from a great dinner at Sushi Bay 17! The food was fresh, and the fusion rolls were a standout - the spicy tuna crunch was superb!
