" My family and I went to Happy Garden for dinner and had a mixed bag of experiences. While the general flavor of the food was on point, like their well-cooked lo mein and well-seasoned general tso's chicken, the portions left a lot to be desired. We had a party of four and each of us felt that we received a smaller amount of food than we’re used to at similar establishments. It was disappointing considering the prices they charge. Also, our server seemed overwhelmed, making our wait longer than expected. I have heard good things from friends about their takeout service, though, so maybe that’s a better route to go next time.
