" Just had the worst experience with delivery from Thai Shack. I placed my order through an app and it took over an hour to arrive. When it got here, my food was cold and lacking flavor. I've had good meals before, but this time it just fell flat. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment and the person on the other end was so polite and offered to replace my meal. I'm grateful for the customer service, but I wish the food had been up to par because I love their dishes when they are fresh. Hoping this was a one-time issue and I’ll give them another chance soon.
