" Visited Sbarro recently and was pretty underwhelmed with the experience. The pizza had a weird aftertaste and was overly greasy. The staff didn’t make much effort to conceal their annoyance at the lunchtime rush. I understand it can be stressful, but as a customer, I expect a certain level of service regardless of how busy it gets.
