" I went to Tortilleria Tlaxcali for lunch, and I have to say, I was blown away. The barbacoa was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The staff was super friendly and even recommended their special salsa, which was amazing! The only downside was that it was packed; I did have to wait a bit to order, but as they say, good things are worth waiting for.
