" Honestly, this has been the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in my life. I placed an online order that was confirmed, only to arrive and find out they had no record of it. After waiting 20 minutes, I ended up with a cold burrito and missing sides. I understand that places get busy, but there was no communication whatsoever. I will never return here again.
