" Just had the most frustrating experience. After entering the lobby, I found it to be a chaotic mess. There was leftover food all over the counter and tables, and no clear signs of staff cleaning up. After ordering, I was told to sit down and wait. I sat for over 35 minutes before getting my food! The girl at the counter seemed distracted and didn't communicate well what was going on. I witnessed other customers becoming agitated with the service. When I finally got my food, it was cold and didn’t match what I had ordered. This location clearly needs serious management—it's hard to believe they can't do better, given the chain's popularity.
