But my favorite part had to be the homemade guacamole! We also tried their famous margaritas and they did not disappoint. However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations for authentic Mexican cuisine. I ordered the carnitas with a side of beans and rice. While the dish was well-presented, I found the seasoning to be a bit lacking. On the upside, the waitress was attentive and friendly, which made our experience more enjoyable. " I cannot say enough good things about Mi Rancho! From the friendly staff to the bursting flavors in every dish, it truly is a gem. On my last visit, I opted for the mole chicken, which was beautifully rich and aromatic. It came with the most delicious homemade corn tortillas. Everything was served piping hot and had gone above my expectations, especially for someone who loves authentic Mexican flavors.
