" Green Leaf is a beloved spot for great Vietnamese food in Seattle, and it lives up to its reputation. I dined with a friend and tried their famous pho dac biet and it was excellent. The variety of meats included were all fresh, and the broth had a rich, savory flavor. The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow during our visit. " As a Vietnamese food enthusiast, I often try different places, and Green Leaf has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The 7 courses of beef were excellent and truly authentic. It was a delightful experience, full of different flavors and textures. The staff were attentive and made great recommendations. Although it was quite busy, the service remained efficient. " I received very disappointing takeout from Green Leaf. I ordered the vegetable pho, hoping for a comforting bowl of goodness. Unfortunately, the broth was bland and tasted pre-packaged, and the vegetables were less than fresh. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, but the staff weren’t very accommodating, making the experience worse. I had heard good things, so perhaps I just caught them on a bad day. " Went to Green Leaf last weekend for some takeout and was quite let down. I ordered the pho and bun cha but found the food lacked the freshness I was expecting based on prior experiences.
