" As a long-time customer, I've seen Jim & Nena's evolve over the years. They still have the best pizza in York County! I love the pepperoni and cheese slices, but sometimes I feel like they skimp on the cheese which is disappointing. The atmosphere is cozy, though it can get crowded during lunch hours. " Had a rough experience at Jim & Nena's last weekend. I placed an order for delivery, and it took almost 90 minutes for my food to arrive. When it finally got here, the pizza was lukewarm and the fries were soggy. To top it off, they messed up my order and I didn't get the extra toppings I asked for. " I recently visited Jim & Nena's Pizza with family, and we ordered a variety of dishes including their famous New York-style pizza and a couple of steak subs. The pizza was simply divine, with a crispy crust and a sauce that had just the right amount of tanginess. The steak subs, however, left something to be desired as they seemed a bit dry and lacking in flavor. On the service end, our server was attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. " If you're looking for authentic pizza, Jim & Nena's won't disappoint you! " Over the years, I've visited Jim & Nena's numerous times and the pizza has always been excellent. However, during my last visit, the service was atrocious. It took way too long to get our food and then the server brought out incorrect items. " I ordered a large pizza and some sides for a family gathering, and everyone was impressed! The flavors were spot on and the toppings plentiful.
