I really enjoyed their Kung Pao Chicken; it was spicy and packed with peanuts, just how I like it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although the place felt rather hot. " I am genuinely torn about No 1 Chinese Restaurant. The first time I visited, the service was excellent, and the dishes were distinctly more authentic than many other Chinese spots I've tried in the area. The Sweet and Sour Pork was a favorite! However, on my second visit, the food was underwhelming, lacking the rich flavors I remembered. The atmosphere also felt stifling due to the heat; honestly, it felt like they needed to repair the A/C. I believe in second chances, so I'm willing to try again, hoping for a better experience. " Went here for takeout and was impressed with how fast my order was ready. The staff were respectful and efficient. I got a combo plate and it was definitely enough to fill me up for the evening.
