" Do I really want to waste words on this location? After an awful experience with cold food, rude staff, and messy seating, I feel compelled to warn others. We walked in to a concerning smell and took a seat anyway. Our food took over 30 minutes, and it wasn't even prepared correctly. I ended up with chicken when I ordered beef. The customer service tactics need a serious evaluation because no one here could effectively manage the tasks. " The touchscreen ordering system may sound convenient, but it was just a hassle. The kiosk wasn’t responding, and I had to wave to get someone’s attention, which took way too long! Once I finally placed my order, I could tell they put no effort into preparing it. I got a taco that was all lettuce and very little meat – talk about a rip-off. " I can't believe the level of service at this location. We walked in and waited to be acknowledged. After a few minutes, a person who looked like they had a bad attitude finally asked us to place our order. When we did, they messed up and said they couldn’t change it without going through the process again. The food wasn’t fresh, and part of our order was missing. To top it off, they weren’t even busy! " After a long day, I expected to treat myself to some reliable Taco Bell items. I encountered far too many issues. The drive-thru was incredibly slow, and when I finally got my food, nothing was as I requested. What’s worse, I received an item with an ingredient I am allergic to, and the staff was completely dismissive of my concerns. Who allows food allergies to be treated with such carelessness? I went there late at night only to find the dining area closed and ended up waiting forever in the drive-thru line, even as people behind me were upset.
