" What a delightful surprise! We stumbled upon La Cocina during our vacation and decided to check it out based on reviews. The restaurant ambience was lively with a great energy. The highlight for sure was the fish tacos; they were the best I’ve ever had—lots of fish, crunchy and fresh, served with a zesty sauce. The server was friendly and made great recommendations. I’d recommend trying their Cadillac margarita as well; it’s simply delicious! If you’re in the area, don’t miss this gem! Be prepared for a bit of a wait though; it’s popular for a reason. " La Cocina used to be my go-to spot for Mexican food, but unfortunately, my recent experiences haven’t been great. I ordered a burrito that was bland, and the service left much to be desired. It took forever to even get a drink refill, and half the time, the servers seemed overwhelmed. I know they can do better because I’ve had great meals here in the past, but their consistency is in question lately.
