" After reading all the reviews, I decided to give Cantonese House a try. The food was substantially good with a variety of choices. The Beef and Broccoli came out sizzling and full of flavor. The only downside was that the wait was longer than expected, but I could see the staff was working hard to keep up with orders. Thinking back, the Egg Foo Young might have been a bit bland, which led to a score reduction for authenticity, but overall, I’d say the quality was solid. The chicken was fresh, with just the right amount of sauce – not overdone at all, which is a huge plus! The egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously warm on the inside. I got my food in no time, and the price was incredibly reasonable. What I really liked was the personal touch; the owner actually came by to ask how my meal was.
