" Absolutely terrible experience! I walked in excited to try their falafel, but the staff was nowhere to be found. When I finally placed my order, it took nearly 30 minutes to get a simple wrap. Unfortunately, my last order was bland and poorly wrapped, falling apart after the first bite. The staff seemed overwhelmed and lost during the lunch rush.
