Seeing a cook come out of the gas station and then directly prepare food without handwashing raised some red flags for me—especially during the pandemic. " Taqueria El Fisher has become my go-to for tacos in Gardner! The al pastor tacos are out of this world, and I always look forward to the salsa that comes with them. " I just moved to the area and had heard great things about Taqueria El Fisher. I had to try the quesabirria that everyone was raving about. I have to say, it did not disappoint! The meat was tender and flavorful, the cheese melted beautifully and the side of salsa just topped it off perfectly. The only downside was that it was somewhat crowded when I went, making the wait a bit longer than expected. However, it was well worth it!
