" I usually love coming to Primo's, but I had an off day a couple of weeks ago when I ordered the grandma's pizza. While it had great flavor, the crust was burnt on the bottom and the edges were soggy. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The staff was apologetic and offered to redo it, but I had to decline as I was short on time. This seemed like an isolated event since I’ve had better experiences in the past. " Visiting Primo's was a brilliant decision! Their chicken parmesan sandwich paired with the side salad was possibly the best lunch I’ve had in a while. The chicken was juicy and loaded with flavor. The owner even stopped by our table just to check in on us, which was such a nice touch. The decor is charming and evokes a very homey feeling. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know!
