" El Tapatio has always been a solid choice for Mexican food in Sikeston. I’ve been coming here for years, and I can always count on them to serve well-prepared dishes full of flavor. Their margaritas are nice and strong—perfect for a warm evening. The staff are consistently friendly and you seldom have to wait long for food. I particularly enjoy their shredded beef tacos!
