" To say that SOHO 23 exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. The moment we stepped in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. We started our meal with the Gyoza, which were a delight, full of flavor and expertly cooked. For mains, we tried the Kalbi and the Firecracker Shrimp - both were top-notch!
