" I must say La Quebrada is a gem of a restaurant! I had the pollo en mole, which was rich and flavorful, enveloped in a lovingly prepared sauce that reminded me of my grandmother’s kitchen. " Visited La Quebrada for the third time yesterday and consistently great food experience! The tamales were authentic and comforting, just like I remember from family gatherings. " Every visit to La Quebrada has been a joy! I can never resist ordering their molé enchiladas which are always bursting with flavors. The tortillas are thick, soft, and obviously made fresh. The atmosphere feels vibrant and welcoming, a perfect spot for families and friends alike. The staff certainly needs to be more organized during peak hours though, as I sometimes have to wait for a little longer than expected. But overall, this place remains my favorite.
