" California Chinese Fast Food has seen better days. The fried rice is now just plain white rice, and the egg rolls were more like fried dough than anything resembling an actual egg roll. The quality of the ingredients seem cheap and poorly executed. I also noticed that the cleanliness of the establishment started to decline, if the dining area is cluttered and unkempt, that’s already a bad sign for me.
