" Just had lunch at Cotijas yesterday. The carne asada was well-seasoned and tender - possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. The portion was enormous, too, as it filled me up completely! The photos of their food don't do it justice. I was really joyful to see how great it was. I could tell they put work into their food quality.
