" While I came in with high hopes based on previous visits, I have to say that they have significantly declined in quality. The last few visits revealed that many items were either overcooked or stale. The chicken dishes often have an odd taste, and I advised the manager to work on the consistency. Their sushi needs improvement and sometimes tastes like it has been sitting out for too long. " My family and I tried Hibachi Buffet for the first time last weekend, and we were very impressed. We loved the hibachi grill, which allowed customization of our meals. The layout of the buffet was spacious, and the selection was enormous. While a couple of the dishes were perhaps not the freshest, overall, it was a fantastic experience, especially for the price point. Our server was pleasant and check on us frequently. " I’ve been to several Hibachi Buffets, and while this one is good, it didn’t make my top list. They offer usual selections, but I feel like they missed out on some authentic recipes. The customer service was quite satisfactory, but the food on the buffet side didn't quite excite my palate. The hibachi, however, is where I found my saving grace. " On my last visit, I noticed that while the restaurant had wonderful renovations, the quality of food seems to have fluctuated. Some items, like the sushi, appeared to be stale, while others were vibrant and fresh. It's a mixed bag. The service, however, is well above average; my waiter was attentive without being intrusive.
