" La Cantina de San Angel, you have my heart! The tacos were bursting with flavor, and I loved the vibrant outdoor setting. The only downside was the wait time for our food; it took a while to come out during peak hours. The staff did their best to be efficient, and our server was so friendly! " I finally had the chance to dine at La Cantina de San Angel and I can't say enough about how beautiful the setting is. Dining outdoors next to the water was very relaxing. The food, however, left me disappointed. I expected more from the tacos, which felt under seasoned. The salsa was decent but nothing special. I was also surprised at the small portion sizes for the price — definitely not what I expected from a Disney dining. " La Cantina de San Angel is my go-to spot when visiting Epcot! Every time I visit, I try to get the nachos. They are outstanding! The combination of cheese and toppings is perfectly balanced, and they never skimp on the portions. Additionally, enjoying the meal while overlooking the lagoon makes the experience even better. I've also tried other menu items like tacos, which were good, but the nogs were definitely the highlight for me. Friendly staff make it even better, and I love that they offer mocktails as well. " I’ve eaten at La Cantina de San Angel numerous times and usually have a great experience, but during my last visit, I was quite underwhelmed. The tacos were too heavy on the grease and lacked authentic flavor. I didn’t enjoy them as I had previous meals. The atmosphere is nice, and the views are lovely, but the quality of the food is something to be desired. It’s a busy place so they may have been stretched thin.
