" I visited EurAsia last week and was pleasantly surprised by their plov! It was remarkably authentic and tasted like it came straight from Central Asia. The service, however, was a bit slow, but I guess good things take time. The prices were on the higher end, which I didn't completely mind for the quality of food I received. The plov was splendid, and the lamb had a savory flavor that was to die for. Just a bit disappointed by how long the service took, but the food made it worth the wait.
