" It seems like every visit gets worse at Kung Pao Wok. My latest experience was below par. The food was cold and tasted like it had been previously cooked hours before. The service was chaotic, and I felt completely ignored while waiting for my food. It took far too long, and the staff were not very friendly either. " The other day I decided to give Kung Pao Wok another shot after hearing from friends that it had improved. I ordered the three-item combo, which wasn't bad at all! Their ginger beef is absolutely delicious, and the portions were quite generous for the price. However, the atmosphere inside the food court can be quite chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed at times. " Disappointed! I've frequented Kung Pao Wok for cheap eats but this time was different. I noticed a significant decline in both food quality and cleanliness. My noodles were overcooked, and the veggies tasted like they’d been sitting out for too long. " I've been going to Kung Pao Wok for years, and it's hard to say what happened. The last couple of times I've visited, the food has been disappointingly stale and underwhelming. In particular, the sweet and sour chicken was devoid of flavor, and the rice was cold. Service wasn’t great either; I felt rushed, and the staff seemed disinterested. " After a long time away from fast-food Chinese, I thought I’d give Kung Pao Wok another shot. I ordered the three-item combo, which turned out to be quite good! I was particularly impressed with the BBQ pork; it had the right amount of sweetness and tenderness. However, they could work on their customer service and cleanliness.
