" So I called to place a pretty complicated order, hoping they'd get it right. I even repeated a couple of things and double-checked some orders as I spoke to them. When I got there, several of my items were incorrect. It wasn’t a complete disaster but frustrating nonetheless. Thankfully, the staff was polite and resolved the issue quickly, but I do believe it’s essential for the staff to pay more attention to details, especially for more complex orders. " It was a busy evening when I visited Papa Murphy’s. The staff was working hard to keep up with orders, which I respected. I placed an online order, hoping it would be ready by the time I arrived, but there was a small hiccup. My pizza wasn’t ready even after the promised time, which was slightly disappointing. However, the staff handled the situation very well, apologizing and offering to make it right, which I appreciated. Once home, we baked the pizza, and we were very pleased with the overall taste and freshness. I've had my share of experiences there; some have been better than others. Recently, I had a frustrating experience where my online order wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes.
